eeeeeeeeYesssssssssssssssssssssssss!!!!!! My wish has finally came true! At last, after days n days of praying n hoping, n-other country has managd 2 d-feat my long term enemy, Germany. And my eventual hero is SPAIN!!!!! WooooHoooo!! Since the start of Euro2008, i hav been enduring(long-suffering) during the time when the Germans were winning & playing well(x-cept 4 the croatia match where they lost 2-1). I was soooo worried dat dey might emerge s un-d-serving champions dat i did nt even dare 2 watch the Euro08 final between Germany & Spain, fearg dat it might b those evil, mean, greedy & arrogant Germans who get 2 lift the trophy. I just cannot bear 2 watch/look..or should i say.. i was 2 tired 2 watch..But when i heard 1 of my frens tellg me tt Spain won the match 1-0, i was very overjoyd! The spaniards hav proven 2 me tt even without deir injured key player, David Villa, they still hav enough quality 2 beat a big team. I like it when i c teams wich i love fieldg 2nd string teams & yet can still win..n summore spain had a 1 day less rest than the germans. POWER! but germany, on the other hand, appears 2 b alreadi fieldg a full squad wich convinces me tt dey r nt a veri strong team aftr all, n summore dey r the home team with a bigger fan base than the spaniards. DISGRACEFUL! The real reason y dey managd 2 get 2 the final was bcos dey were jus 2 "lucky". Just imagine..had Villa playd in the final, Spain could hav scored even more than 1 goal! whippg the germans oso seem even more possible.
I must say, though, it has been quite a thrilling roller-coaster ride 4 me. Having predicted tt some teams will win but lost instead & vice versa. Never mind if my Russian team didn't manage 2 make it 2 the Final but so long s there is any team tt can stop Germany from winng, its enough 2 make me feel happy & contentd.
I b-lieve tt this is 1 of the perfect endings to an European Cup Final. However, i do know tt no team is perfect, there is always a limit on how far a winng team can go. And the sad truth is, they WILL lose 1 day, wich can shock the world. Of course, football is always unpredictable, u cannot x-pect evryting 2 go yur way, n neither can i. Dats wat makes soccer so x-citing 2 watch. & speakg of limits, i saw a phrase in my yesterday's newpaper "El cielo es el limite" wich means "The sky's the limit" in Spanish. B-low r the pics of wat happend during the final euro match. N-joy!
